Role & Responsibilities
What a District Associate does.
Represent DRSMC locally
Act as our on-ground point of contact for hospitals, clinics, and trusts in your district.
Lead generation & referrals
Identify hospitals that need accreditation, compliance, or turnkey support and refer them to our consulting team.
Relationship management
Maintain ongoing relationships with referred clients and coordinate with our delivery teams.
Brand ambassador
Represent DRSMC at local healthcare events, associations, and government health forums.
Remuneration Plan
Retainer + commission, paid every month.
Our compensation is designed to reward both consistent local presence and high-value client onboarding. Exact figures are confirmed in your associate engagement letter.
Fixed Monthly Retainer
Guaranteed monthly stipend paid every month — independent of deals closed. Amount is finalised in the engagement letter based on district size.
Performance Commission
Earn a percentage of the consulting fee for every hospital you successfully refer that signs up with DRSMC. Commission scales with engagement value.
Annual Performance Bonus
Top-performing associates earn an annual bonus and priority allocation of new territories.

- Resident of the district you intend to represent
- Background in healthcare, hospital administration, sales, business development, or public health (preferred)
- Strong local network among hospital owners, trustees, or administrators
- Professional communication and reporting skills
- Able to commit at least 15–20 hours per week to associate activities
